Agreement to Terms

Welcome to MyBotAdmin. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our Telegram bot management platform and services. By accessing or using MyBotAdmin, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

Service Description

MyBotAdmin provides a platform for managing Telegram bots, including:

  • Bot creation, configuration, and deployment
  • Flow-based conversation design tools
  • Content and digital asset management
  • Payment processing and monetization features
  • Analytics and reporting capabilities
  • API integrations and automation tools

Account Registration and Security

To use certain features of our platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate and current
  • Maintain the security of your password and accept all responsibility for activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Not share your account credentials with others

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Pricing and Payment Terms

Subscription Plans

MyBotAdmin offers multiple subscription tiers including Free, Professional, and Enterprise plans. Pricing and features for each plan are described on our website and may change with notice.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy. We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers.

Billing

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • Payment is due immediately upon purchase or renewal
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension or termination

No Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR ANY PURCHASES.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Monthly or annual subscription fees
  • Unused subscription periods
  • Partial month cancellations
  • Digital products or content purchases
  • Payment processing fees

By purchasing any service or product from MyBotAdmin, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy. We recommend taking advantage of our Free tier to test the platform before upgrading to a paid plan.

Exception: Refunds may only be considered in cases of billing errors or duplicate charges, at our sole discretion.

Cancellation and Termination

Cancellation by You

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will retain access to paid features until the subscription expires
  • No refund will be provided for the remaining subscription period
  • Your account will automatically downgrade to the Free tier upon expiration

Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe:

  • Violates these Terms or our policies
  • Is harmful to other users, third parties, or our business
  • Involves fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Violates applicable laws or regulations

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use MyBotAdmin to:

  • Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in phishing
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
  • Access our services through automated means without permission
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Resell or redistribute our services without authorization

Prohibited Content Policy

Strict Enforcement — Zero Tolerance

All content uploaded, shared, distributed, or delivered through MyBotAdmin — including but not limited to files, images, videos, audio, text messages, course materials, and bot flow content — must comply with this Prohibited Content Policy. Violations will result in immediate and permanent account ban without prior notice and without any refund.

1. Sexual Content

You are strictly prohibited from uploading, sharing, or distributing any content that is sexually explicit, pornographic, or obscene in nature. This includes:

  • Explicit or implicit sexual imagery, videos, or written descriptions
  • Any sexual content involving minors (child sexual abuse material — CSAM), which is illegal and will be immediately reported to relevant law enforcement authorities
  • Content that sexualizes, objectifies, or exploits individuals without verified consent
  • Escort services, adult platforms, or any content designed to solicit sexual services
  • Nudity intended for sexual gratification

2. Violent & Harmful Content

You are strictly prohibited from uploading or distributing content that promotes, glorifies, incites, or supports violence of any kind. This includes:

  • Graphic depictions of real or simulated violence, gore, torture, or mutilation
  • Content that incites violence, hatred, or discrimination against any individual or group based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality
  • Terrorist propaganda, extremist ideologies, or content that promotes acts of terrorism or mass violence
  • Instructions for creating weapons, explosives, or carrying out violent acts
  • Content that threatens, intimidates, or encourages harm to specific individuals or groups
  • Promotion of self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders

3. Illegal Content & Law Violations

You must not use MyBotAdmin to upload, distribute, or facilitate any content or activity that violates applicable local, national, or international laws. This includes:

  • Copyrighted content distributed without proper authorization or licensing
  • Content related to drug trafficking, illegal substances, or controlled substance sales
  • Financial fraud, money laundering, pyramid schemes, or illegal investment solicitations
  • Stolen personal data, hacked credentials, or unauthorized access tools
  • Counterfeit goods, fake documents, or forgery-related content
  • Any content that facilitates human trafficking or exploitation
  • Gambling services where prohibited by applicable law
  • Any other activity that constitutes a criminal offence in the user's or recipient's jurisdiction

Enforcement & Consequences

  • Immediate permanent account ban — no warnings, no grace period
  • No refund will be issued for any remaining subscription period upon ban
  • All uploaded content will be permanently removed from our servers
  • Severe violations (e.g., CSAM, terrorism) will be reported to law enforcement authorities
  • We reserve the right to cooperate fully with legal investigations and disclose user data as required by law
  • Banned users are permanently prohibited from creating new accounts on MyBotAdmin

MyBotAdmin actively monitors platform activity and reviews reported content. By uploading any content to our platform, you confirm that it complies with this policy and all applicable laws. If you discover prohibited content on our platform, please report it immediately to info@mycondy.com.

Intellectual Property Rights

Our Rights

All content, features, and functionality of MyBotAdmin, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and design, are owned by MyBotAdmin and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our platform without written permission.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create or upload to MyBotAdmin. By using our services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to any content you upload.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYBOTADMIN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM: (A) YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES; (B) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVERS; (C) ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM OUR SERVICES; OR (D) ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, OR THE LIKE THAT MAY BE TRANSMITTED BY THIRD PARTIES.

Warranty Disclaimer

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

Data and Privacy

Your use of MyBotAdmin is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your data and complying with applicable data protection laws. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by email or through our platform. Your continued use of MyBotAdmin after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of MyBotAdmin shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Czech Republic, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if they qualify.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
